A.G. Appliance Repairs Limited Warranty.

All warranty claims must have an original invoice. 

 

Appliance Diagnostic Limited Warranty Period
A.G. Appliance Repairs guarantees appliance diagnostics for 14 days from completion of the initial diagnostics, provided that the appliance is removed from service until repaired to prevent further wear and tear to the appliance. In the event that A.G. Appliance Repairs miss diagnoses an appliance, A.G. Appliance Repairs shall offer to re-diagnose the appliance at no additional charge or refund the service call/diagnostics fee for the diagnostics at A.G. Appliance Repairs discretion.

 

A.G. Appliance Repairs and Service Limited Warranty Excluding Drain Cleaning
A.G. Appliance Repairs guarantees all parts and labor it supplies for repairs and service for 90 days from the completion of the repair and/or service. This warranty covers parts and/or material defects, poor workmanship, and labor to replace defective parts and/or materials provided by A.G. Appliance Repairs only. No guarantee is provided for existing parts and/or materials not replaced by A.G. Appliance Repairs. Should an appliance malfunction within the 90 days due to an existing part that was not replaced by A.G. Appliance Repairs, A.G. Appliance Repairs will provide free diagnostics and an estimate of the repair cost only. The cost of repairs, including parts and labor, due to an existing part failure in an appliance are not covered under this warranty.  No guarantee is provided for existing electrical, plumbing, vents, gas lines, etc. that were not replaced by A.G. Appliance Repairs. A.G. Appliance Repairs shall not provide free diagnostics or repairs for customer supplied appliances that malfunction for any reason. No guarantee is provided for existing fixtures, parts and materials not replaced by A.G. Appliance Repairs. This is section of the warranty does not cover any drains cleaned or unclogged.

 

A.G. Appliance Repairs Drain Cleaning Limited Warranty
A.G. Appliance Repairs guarantees that any unclogged drain and/or fixture, other than toilets, shall be free of clogs for 14 days from completion. A.G. Appliance Repairs offers no guarantee for any toilets that are unclogged. This guarantee is only valid for drains and fixtures that are unclogged by A.G. Appliance Repairs. This guarantee does not cover any other drains and/or fixtures that were not cleaned and/or unclogged by A.G. Appliance Repairs.

This warranty period shall not be extended beyond the original length stated for any reason.

 

The is a non-transferable warranty

 

This warranty is limited to the original named owner at the time of service and/or repair and is not transferable.

 

Failed parts and/or materials will be replaced by identical parts and materials. If identical parts and/or materials are no longer available, similar priced parts and/or materials will be used. Only those items, parts and/or materials that were replaced and billed on the original invoice are covered by this warranty.
 

This limited warranty does not cover the following:
⦁     Ordinary wear and tear.
⦁    Any item, part, appliance, or machine installed, modified, altered, or repaired by anyone including, the owner, other than A.G. Appliance Repairs.
⦁    Damage resulting from: fire, freezing, storms, electrical malfunction, power surge, lightening, earthquake, flood, pest damage, or other acts of nature.
⦁    Damage resulting from: lack of maintenance, improper maintenance, alterations, misuse, abuse, vandalism caused by the owner and/or any other person.
⦁    Parts and or materials that were not replaced or provided by A.G. Appliance Repairs.
⦁    Fixtures, parts, and materials that were not replaced and/or provided by A.G. Appliance Repairs.

With respect to any claim asserted by the owner, it is understood there is no right to recover or request compensation for: incidental, indirect, special, consequential, secondary, or punitive damages.
 

You must keep a copy of the original repair invoice and present it when seeking service under this warranty. if warranty work is performed, you must temporarily surrender possession oft he original repair invoice, or a legible copy of the same.

 

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied.

 

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Any implied warranty is limited to the minimum period permitted by Federal and/or New York State law. Some states do not allow limitations on how long and implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.

How to make a warranty claim and how claims shall be resolved.

If a problem develops with the appliance during the warranty period, A.G Appliance Repairs shall be immediately notified within Five (5) days of the first knowledge of the problem. A.G Appliance Repairs shall respond to such warranty requests within three (3) business days of receipt. If it is determined that there is a problem that A.G. Appliance Repairs is responsible for under the terms of this warranty, A.G. Appliance Repairs within a reasonable time frame shall begin the necessary repair work. A.G Appliance Repairs shall be given first opportunity to make any repairs or replacements at no cost to owner within a reasonable period of time if the problem is covered under this warranty. There shall be no charge for the cost and expense of examination or inspection during a warranty claim provided by A.G. Appliance Repairs whether a problem is found or not.

A.G. Appliance Repairs must be provided access during normal working hours Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, to examine the warranty claim and/or to make necessary diagnostics and repairs. The access shall be provided during a 4-hour window, plus additional time to allow for examination of the warranty claim and/or warranty repair work. 

The owner must be present during the warranty claim and/or diagnostic and repair work to approve and sign the acceptance of warranty work, upon completion by A.G. Appliance Repairs.

Notice

This warranty only applies to non-commercial residential appliance diagnostics and repairs only. This warranty is void if the appliance is used for commercial uses including but not limited to laundromats, rental property, commercial kitchens, etc. No warranty is provided for appliances used for commercial purposes and/or in commercial environments.

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied.

This warranty shall be null and void and A.G. Appliance Repairs shall not be liable for any damage or expenses, if the owner dose not first grant A.G. Appliance Repairs access to the premises and the opportunity to inspect, correct and/or replace the alleged problem and/or defective part and/or poor workmanship, before the owner incurs expenses or has work done by anyone else (including the owner) other than A.G. Appliance Repairs.
